The ppl are friendly here. They do unload at a good pace. Normally 4 to 5 drivers are able to hit the door. You will see a line sometimes.. But like I said... They move it rather quickly.

Attention all OTR drivers Try to avoid this facility as much as you can,you'll be waiting in line for hours. Some stupid manager running this yard inside,they kept on unloading their pepsi trailer,meanwhile the live unload truck line keep on getting longer Don't waste your time
Great experience receiving personal were very friendly and ready to tackle the day! 0700 appointment on a door by 0715, (shift change and safety meeting I guess) I was fourth in line but I'm on a door waiting for them to unload me. Wish all Pepsi warehouses were as friendly as these people. Great job, plenty of room to get lined up and back in. 6 receiving doors
Just like any other Pepsi DC. Line of trucks doesn’t matter if you have a appointment picking up or dropping off you are going to wait. Guard shack doesn’t know anything and no info. You will be sitting here for hours! Avoid if possible.
Sam at the security gate was very friendly and helpful. I can tell he completely understands his job and was hustling at 5:30 AM in the morning to get the truck drivers taken care of! Thank you! On the inside of the warehouse I was helped by Knuckles who is also helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about his job. Even though I had to restock some Mountain Dew that had fallen over in the trailer in my load today. I gave today's visit a 10 and two thumbs up!
Great people works here, had an appointment for 7:00 hrs. Checked in at 06:00, got a door right at 07:00 getting empty now. God bless them.

without a doubt the most frustrating, klunky, challenging, phone system I've ever encountered. I would rather hear a message at the beginning that just says, "WE DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU." I will never get back those 27 minutes I spent calling 5 different times and pressing 1, 2, 3, 6, pressing 5, then 2 then pressing 0 just to have the entire process start over again from the beginning. Aren't you all a billion dollar company? DO BETTER
Customer service reps when you call come off pushy instead of respectful. Their hiring process is not good at all. Both ladies at the front desk were helpful the lady that walked me out with the manager. They are the only positive experience I had with this location.
