Took 7 hrs to get unloaded..what a joke
My Mom and brother broke down and pulled into Pepsi Co.. Workers took care of them by giving them cold water, a place to go to the restroom and made sure they were ok. You employ such wonderful caring people. The heat index was dangerously high and your people went above and beyond. Thank you for taking care of my family. Pepsi Co., keep up the good fight by hiring wonderful and kind people.

A 10-12 foot cargo type van with a loading deck on the back a Pepsi truck going South on 635 near Meriam Dr at 1:20 today July 24. 2024 was severely tailgating me and as I exited tried to side swipe...letting you know not sure if it with your but could pass it on. Short guy crew cut Caucasian.
First come first serve Delivery, no parking on site you could barely dock your trailer. In and out about two hours being 3rd in line to dock.
I have had Pepsi in my restaurant for over 20 years. When my contract was up, I told them I was gonna bid it out and they didn’t even come with a proposal. If you are a new restaurant, Coke in Kansas City is the bomb. They are ready to do business Pepsi won’t even call you back and when you get a new rep, they won’t even introduce Themselves. Pepsi isn’t Kansas City anymore.
The stuff is awesome! I got here at 9 PM for a delivery, they closed at 6 PM, but they open the gate, gave me the dock, and unloaded me for less then an hour. 👍
Had an appointment for 6am delivery. It's now 0930 still on the door waiting to get unloaded. They have been telling me it's just going to be a minute since 0700. These people don't care about our time at all
