If you like to touch (and, of course, buy) soft furry items for your home or your body, this is the place for you. Everything is so touchable! Beautiful coats and hats and gloves and pillows and throws.
I'm writing about an item I think most people take for granted....slippers! I have long, VERY narrow feet. Almost no one makes narrow slippers that are practical. (Yes, you can find 50s style "house slippers" that slip on, with a heel, made of leather type, metallic material...yuck) Thank you Overland for offering a NARROW slipper that is warm and comfy. Only one style but that's ok, I've been looking for 45 years!!
I had an order from Christmas time that was returned on 27 December. A week later I had to chase down my refund. The returned package hadn’t even been opened yet at the Breckenridge store but somehow “in the back room” unopened & unattended. I’m so sick of terrible customer service. There’s no excuse for it. None at all.
As a previous reviewer wrote, some employees are decidedly unfriendly to dark-skinned customers. My husband and I noticed a male employee closely following an African-American customer, clearly watching that person's every move. Of course, I don't know if the store had some previous history with this person and had some reason to suspect that the customer was up to no good. Even giving the store employee the benefit of the doubt here, his hounding of the customer prevented him from devoting any attention to other customers, like my husband and me. After not being greeted, and not being helped, for over 10 minutes, we left. Obviously, the employees there have their priorities.
Service and selection are great if you're looking for a leather or sheepskin coat. Extremely well made!

Very cool store! Incredibly well made leather products, and the staff was super friendly. They also have better prices on their Kühl brand products than most other establishments.
Very nice store. Mostly leather & of course sheepskin. Charming hats, hats & scarves. I didn't realize it was a chain til I cameto Denver. There's one in Omaha that I thought was a local business. They actually started out in Taos, NM
Lovely staff. You can try on the most very expensive clothing. Top of the range. Top quality clothing. Located on 16th street as is almost every decent shop bar and restaurant in Denver.
