I just called to get information because my present policy with another compay had not reached it's deadline. I was so impressed with the rates and friendlyness over the phone I signed up right then and forfeited the few days remaining on my present policy with anyother company. That is saying something because I'm as tight as a tick.

waste of time. i gave information, tried to get agreed amount. not that i was trying to get paid but coverage for MSRP. all kinds of questions, pictures, justification....at the end I had a hail claim(s) in the house hold so after all the talking, rate - underwritter said no-go. the rate - same as say State farm, but with a lot more usage limitation and obviosly i wanted agreed vs ACV, which for now is about 10% difference...you milage may vary, but it was giant waste of time
