Excellent service, Diego is a very attentive person.
What terrible service. I sent a package in May and it still hasn't arrived in Venezuela, even though they assured us it was already there. Every time I go to the office for an answer, I see a different person, and none of them give me any information. Just lies.
Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly. In December, I sent a package to Venezuela, and it was a long process to get it to its destination. I had to pressure them to resolve the delivery problem. Today, I went to send some boxes, and the person helping me was completely unhelpful, uncourteous, and unfriendly. I had to take my boxes home and send them through another service. It's a shame; it used to be an excellent service. What happened to them?
I've used this service several times. When a woman was working, the process was quick. This last time, a man was working, and it turned out there were people still packing their packages right there, still removing tags from clothes and shoes, checking a list of the people they were sending each item to. The man who was working was on his phone, chatting away. He made me wait two hours, and I think they shouldn't allow people to pack their packages at the branch and make those of us who already have our boxes packed and ready to be checked wait. The manager should have some common sense and not make other customers wait.
