Excellent service. They helped me unload the box because it was heavy. And the shipping to Colombia was very affordable. We've been shipping with them for seven consecutive years and have no complaints. They're very efficient and everything arrives very quickly.
Excellent attention and service! From the first time I called, Amanda was a sweetheart: super friendly, patient, and very professional. Today I went to the Austin office in person and loved how she greeted me and treated all the customers with such a warm smile and attitude. You can tell she loves what she does and treats everyone with respect and care. I can't wait for the box I sent to my mom in Colombia to arrive. Thank you so much, Amanda, for your great service!
The service was good, the box arrived within the estimated time. What didn't make sense to me was that they said the price for air freight was based on weight and for shipping by sea on box size, but when I brought the box in, they weighed it, so I had to pay much more. The shipping cost was around €240, but when I brought it in thinking that was the price, they weighed it and ended up charging me over €400, even though the price was supposed to be per box for sea freight.
I've already sent more than 10 boxes, and in every one they take out part of what I send; it never arrives complete. But with the last box, they were really brazen; they took out more than 80% of what I sent.
