I worked with Zip Edwards from this firm who was hired on to fix my title issue. I have to say that it went pretty well. Definitely better than expected. The big reason why I give her 4 stars is because she was responsive and attentive. She responded quickly to my emails and when all the pieces on who to contact to fix my issues were available, it was fixed asap. Zip went above and beyond to call me and keep my posted on the progress. Thank you Zip Edwards. This process has not been the easiest for me. However, you made it easier by the quick and constant contact.

I must say that she is really good at what she does and likes to keep things simple knowing family law can be overwhelming and complicated while mixed with emotions! Kyle Frost’s performance on my father’s case was superb. It was done remotely as my father who is elderly had moved 1000 miles away because of health issues and needed help from his daughter. We not only came out smelling like roses but got the justice that was deserved for my father’s divorce case. Kyle literally saved my father’s life. Kyle was very sensitive to my father’s cognitive as well as physical condition. He made every effort to not only explain the situation to myself but also to explain it in a way that my father could understand. We are eternally grateful for his services. His demeanor inside and outside the court room was exemplary. We had contacted a number of lawyers in the Asheville area before reaching out to Charlotte North Carolina. The local lawyers in Asheville would not have worked out and didn’t even seem to understand the case or out of state retirement laws that my father had to bring into play. Additionally the local lawyers are very poor follow up. Kyle’s follow up was spot on. Kyle deserves every accolade as a premier family law attorney. If we could do it all over again we would pick Kyle.

Will Medlin is/was my attorney at Horack, Talley, Pharr and Lowndes. I was at great odds in my case being that I am from Texas and my custody case was in North Carolina. It was a long draw out ordeal that ended in me getting custody of my son in Texas, thanks to Will. Will was up front and honest with me from the first day we spoke about the challenges that were ahead. I put an immense amount of trust in Will and followed his lead and eventually things fell into place. The custody case was put to bed almost 5 years ago and Will still answers questions as they come up and is still responsive to emails and phone calls. He is an amazing attorney and really knows his stuff!

Will Medlin was my attorney during a very contentious divorce including my 2 year old. Will helped preserve my parental and fatherly rights when there were many erroneous claims against me. Her and her team of paralegals worked hard to get me what I have today, which is 50/50 custody (exactly what I wanted), and I am simply over the moon with all they accomplished.
