Tonya Helms is by far the Nastiest paralegal someone can deal with.. First, she started sending me letters to my house to collect HOA dues after i called her to try to make payment arrangements she told me i DIDN'T need to call her anymore that she would be in touch with me... Numerous calls placed to her and she would never pick up the phone the only time she picked up was when i called from a different number that she couldn't recognize... After there was an agreement she sent my payment letters to the WRONG address and i asked her why was my letter sent to a different address... THIS "PROFESSIONAL" person sent me an email saying... YOUR ADDRESS WILL BE CHANGED NOW YOU HAVE YOUR LETTER.. Really??? Did you really skip customer service 101 in class??? Looks to me like you did.. So i hope that now with the attorney fee i am paying your attorney can send you to school to refresh your manners and customer service,,, Remember you have a pay check because of the clients...

Anna LeBlanc represented me for a post divorce matter of Breach of Contract. I must say that she is really good at what she does and likes to keep things simple knowing family law can be overwhelming and complicated while mixed with emotions! I could not have asked for a better outcome than what she helped me get! Her work, knowledge and passion are above and beyond expectations. 5 stars across the board with 7 starts for keeping emotions and finances under control!! I will definitely recommend her for any family law matters be it big or small.. Cheers!

I worked with Zip Edwards from this firm who was hired on to fix my title issue. I have to say that it went pretty well. Definitely better than expected. The big reason why I give her 4 stars is because she was responsive and attentive. She responded quickly to my emails and when all the pieces on who to contact to fix my issues were available, it was fixed asap. Zip went above and beyond to call me and keep my posted on the progress. Thank you Zip Edwards. This process has not been the easiest for me. However, you made it easier by the quick and constant contact.

I hired Kyle Frost to represent me in a family law matter in which my son mother wanted full custody of my son and rid of our current 50/50 joint custody agreement. The case had so many layers to the point that my ex wife testified on behalf of my son mother in a joint effort to demonize me. But to my recuse Kyle and the team at Offit Kurman was there to bring out the facts and pilled the case open layer by layer. Long story short. Her motion was dismissed and I’m a happy father with 50/50 joint custody of my son. Thank you guys!!!!

Mitchell Kelling is a great Attorney. She is smart, quick to evaluate a situation and provide great guidance and support. I appreciate her direct, honest communication style and approach to issue resolution. She was a caring advocate.

My situation was due to debt collection. My review however, has nothing to do with that. Margo is FANTASTIC! Very patient and understanding. Tanya really needs customer service training. Anyone calling is or has obviously gone through some hard times. Sometimes people yell and scream. But when you have a cordial gentleman on the phone, just wanting to know who to make a $1000 money order out to. A little class would be much appreciated. I'm glad I'll NEVER have to deal with them again. : )

Horrible!!!!! The legal assistant was very rude, unprofessional and basically plain old NASTY!! She was not trying to listen to any of my concerns or issues and when I asked to speak with the attorney her comment was that he was just going to hand it over to her to handle. I will ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this firm to anyone!!! Also, I WILL NEVER AGAIN buy a property that is associated with a HOA (THEY ARE A HUGE RIP OFF and the attorneys that represent them are NO BETTER!!! It is all a HUGE money RACKET designed to take advantage of hard working, everyday, normal people.
