Great software for your business needs!
I had been using a competitor's software for years prior to using NextChapter. Once I switched I realized the benefits immediately of having everything centralized in one web based platform. Clients love the ease of inputting information. I really like the feature of being able to send the client a link for their portal use and the ability to text with the client directly from the software. Great program and I recommend it very highly to anyone looking to centralize their bankruptcy practice wherein all your staff has access to information on a client file and can assist from anywhere remotely.
My firm has been using this product for a few years now. The software is user friendly and the development team is responsive if something needs to be added to the program to make it more manageable. Most importantly, the customer service is extremely attentive and readily available - they respond quickly and make it a priority to address any issues or concerns we have immediately.
We just used NextChapter to file Chapter 7 on a Bankruptcy that had a lot of information. I had a lot of questions and their Customer Service was excellent, friendly and very attentive. They answered every question I had and in a timely manner. The platform is very easy to use and our Bankruptcy went very smooth from beginning to end. I highly recommend them! We will be using them again and going forward.
