Another thing I noticed was that I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, which set the tone for the visit. However, once I interacted with the staff, the employees were pleasant and helpful, which I appreciated. As for the merchandise, the clothing quality was decent. I’ve washed the items I purchased, and they did not shrink, which is always a plus. The prices were reasonable compared to similar stores, making it a solid option for budget-friendly shopping. Overall, Melrose has potential, but a few key improvements — better organization, updated facilities, more diverse clothing options, greater employee diversity, and stronger customer service at the door — would make a big difference.
