I went in looking for a shirt that has a similar material to my favorite crop top. I spoke to Megan, she was so helpful! As soon as I described what I was looking for, she led me to several options, which was exactly what I wanted. Super organized and kind. I also love the perfumes here.
I was accused of stealing - before I was even given an explanation security was asking me to leave. At no point was I greeted nor was I asked if I needed help. The excuse that they gave me wasnt making sense to me so when I was trying to explain my side they cut me off and asked me to leave. At no point was I rude I was just trying to get an understanding. I do have a video of our interaction as well.
Store was clean and organized. The manager Megan was so nice and her staff was helpful!
The girls here are fabulous and very helpful especially the mgr she sent an email right then and there to see when they'd get a specific pant I wanted 🙂they have some hidden gems here they are a very under appreciated and over looked store in La Gran plaza check them out thx girls Melissa
I called to the store to attempt to place an item on hold. The young girl that answered never answered saying with a greeting or stated the name of the store and answered the phone as if she was answering her personal phone with a hello. I asked if I was calling the Melrose store she said yeah, I asked if I could place an item on hold since I was told it was the last one from a friend that was there 2 days ago plus it was 30 min before they closed and a pretty good distance for me to show up in time. She said no I was like but when I was up there 3 days ago spent a good amount of money I noticed items on hold under the counter with names taped on the item. She repeated we can’t and I responded but that does not make sense weather it’s over the phone or in person. She just hung up on me. She was rude very unprofessional And I did not need to be treated that way as I never once gave her the same treatment she did to me. They need to be taking classes on how to provide good customer service. Lost a customer here. if i could give a 0 star review i would.

I'm not always shopping in this area but when I do I make it a point to visit this location. The store has a good vibe to it. Not cluttery with clothes stacked everywhere. You're going to leave with something because they have a sales rack with something you need whether clothes are beauty items. These items are stylist.
Need more stock right now on plus size...I see everything must be saling outt these days fast#..this has always been a nice place to shop tho.. on some up to dates shoe/clothes styles for ladies...YOUgot to go check them oUT..kids clothes/shoes a also ..just a mixture of things to choose from...don't be a stranger i was showing the lady around...she never been in that mall ever...but she is definitely returning with or without ...is what she told me..lol Enjoyed ur store thanks for having us without bad vibes....just ask and they will answer 🙊🙉🙈🥰
I bought some great looking pants here $16.99 to be exact and I can tell you that the material is worth it And affordable 👌 There is something for everyone here my mother loves walking in this store
