One of the worst receiver. So bad so mean. We showed up with a load to deliver they refused to take it then we had to redeliver next day luck me I got to charge them for doing that.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Their driver hit my car going too fast in poor, snowy, slippery driving conditions. After I sent them the photos of the damage caused, they said "we will take care of this in-house". Five weeks later I called and talked to Rick again. He said he was told it was handled. He would get back to me. He never did! They are obviously crooks! Their drivers are negligent in their driving. And they apparently refuse to pay for damages they cause (see several other reviews). Today I had my State Farm Claims department go after them. I also have filed formal complaints with MNDOT, FMCSA and the MN Highway Patrol. They will be paying probably double now, as I will be needing a rental car for two to three weeks, according to State Farm. So what could have been a quick $2,500-3,000 repair, will now cost them closer to $7,000. I would never want a company like this hauling my goods. They are obviously careless, reckless and dishonest. Handled properly, this would be done by now. But, being crooks is apparently what they thrive at! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! If they hit you, call the police and go straight to your insurance company, they have no intent to pay for the damages caused by their drivers. The good news, MN State Patrol is now going to ne looking at their drivers on the road, and MNDOT and the FMCSA will be conducting investigations of their truck, trailers and drivers. AGAIN, AVOID USING MTL at any cost.
The company does not take responsibility for damage they cause. They fail to follow up and never call you back. I would think twice about using a company like this. I have been requesting payment for damage since March that they caused and even filled out an incident report for. Guess it's time to file a lawsuit. Mark
MTL is great to work with. They always show up, the drivers are polite and it's easy to communicate with the office people when setting up a pick up.
Good People, great service. Family owned/operated and thier attention to detail is optimum. Easy to work with, not pushy and very engaging. Warehousing is seamless, easy and priced very nice. Trucking is efficient, safe and the drivers are the best!
Stay away from here! Told me to come back 10:45 for 11 o’clock appointment but now it’s 12 they said door not available just sit we let u know.
