Jeremy provided great service in changing out my old fluorescent tubes & installing a new panel box. He patiently answered all my electrical questions & explained what he was doing in a way I could understand. He arrived when he said he would & worked long hours to get the job done. A true professional!
The technician Rick was friendly, considerate, and (from my very limited electrical knowledge) provided great service installing a bathroom junction box and fixing the switch to our patio light. Following the service, a representative from Mr. Electric followed up to see how the service was. When I mentioned lightly that I had been concerned about requiring a permit for the work, the feedback was immediately passed to a manager who contacted me (and the city) to confirm the need for a permit and the cost applied. Overall, very happy with the work and especially the high level of customer service. Will definitely use in the future.

Mr electric is amazing!! The office staff, Josy, Angie & Zach are very sweet and even though they had to reschedule my appointment they accommodated MY schedule. The electrican Ted was great explained what he was doing and why, offered a free safety inspection and recommended to add some smoke detectors around my house to keep my family safe. Chris did a great job removing power from an old shed, and installing a new outlet in the kitchen. He also gave advice and quotes on other recommendations. He was thorough with his explanations and was very nice. I will definitely use this company again for future electrical needs!
Easy to schedule, great communication and project was done quickly and exactly as agreed upon.
They wanted to charge 2000$ !!! just for adding two breakers to the panel. The task that other pros accepted at a price of 200-300$. The guy wasted 3hours of my time just to come up with a quote. I really have to get a refund of my 100$ consultation fee! It was a car salesman dealership experience.
I was on a bit of a deadline to get some electrical done and called Mr. Electric. They got me scheduled quickly and sent James out. James was professional, friendly and on time. He did great work for me. They even set up the inspection for me. It was super handy to work with them, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the professionalism.
Sean did a comprehensive review of our electrical system, and made some useful suggestions, as well as replacing our back hall light fixture with a state of the art LED unit. A pleasant interaction, on the same day as we reported the problem! Good work!
