Came in from out of town this past weekend with some friends after attending our business conference. While the music and ambience was great, the staff completely disgusted me. To put it lightly, I will never step foot in this establishment again. It is quite obvious the staff members manning the bars were hired for the position based on looks - rather than integrity and experience. I never expected to experience bartenders so absurdly intoxicated on the clock. I don’t know if it had to do with their alcohol consumption or pure intentional theft, but do not bother tipping a single one of them if you are paying in cash. I personally witnessed every dollar I gave, and my colleagues gave, go straight into the taller thin brunette’s tip jar behind her. As we were standing in a position where we could see her register - it was clear nothing had ever been rung in in the first place. The male bartender along with the little female with large lips, and the heavier set blonde, were so intoxicated they could not even take our orders or make a proper drink. The male in particular was more interested in taking photos and shots with the female bartenders than fulfilling his duties. Not to mention these staff members were blatantly taking shots they had made for themselves in front of waiting customers. We tried going to multiple other bartenders after first witnessing the brunette’s theft and watched each of those bartenders partake in the same act of theft again and again, until finally leaving the establishment in disgust. I am not sure in what world management would allow or condone any staff member to be so intoxicated in the workplace, and suggest they take a good hard look at where their bartenders’ handling of cash is going - because it certainly is not the business itself.
Chloe was an amazing bartender at window Victoria did such a great job at host both were so kind and welcoming will be coming again!
I ended up getting a section over the weekend, and while the atmosphere was fun, the bill was a total scam. They added an 18% automatic gratuity (which I was completely fine with), but then also tacked on an additional $250 tip I never authorized! Super disappointed.
The place was really good to hangout and dance at with my friends. Shoutout to Amy for being a wonderful person there. She was to get the energy going and was a wonderful person!!
Will not be back. Someone hit my friends face after she told him to go around our group, and a security guard came seconds later and escorted her out. She did nothing wrong, except tell a man to go around our group She was terrified and crying, and she did nothing wrong. They will side with the instigators and punish paying guests who are just trying to enjoy the atmosphere. Mosaic sucks.

Always a good time here, especially when Amy is the one to greet my friends and I 🥰 the energy and crowd is always lively and the atmosphere with the lights are a vibe!
