I ended up getting a section over the weekend, and while the atmosphere was fun, the bill was a total scam. They added an 18% automatic gratuity (which I was completely fine with), but then also tacked on an additional $250 tip I never authorized! Super disappointed.
Chloe was amazing! She made me and my sister the most phenomenal shots and was super sweet.
Darius and Markell were awesome! Great and quick service!
Always a good time here, especially when Amy is the one to greet my friends and I 🥰 the energy and crowd is always lively and the atmosphere with the lights are a vibe!

I have been to mosaic multiple times and had a great time! However, just went in tonight to end my birthday night with me and some friends and was stolen from. The man working took my $20 for the cover and then stated he gave me $10 back, but never did. My boyfriend stated I did not get money back and I emptied my purse to prove there was no $10. He continued to argue with me and After we finally said forget it, we will just go in, the guy said we couldn’t go in after blatantly being stolen from and still willing to go inside. We asked him for our money back and he said “no, you’re not getting it back. You need to leave.” I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. I am truly concerned of the ethics of this business. I was able to get in no problem, but once I left to get my boyfriend, there was an issue. Very disappointing for kc.
Took almost an hour to get our bottle Table said it accommodates 8 but really only does 4 No speakers by the tables in the back , barely could hear the music $150 for gratuity , fees & taxes on top of 300 bottle. Would of been okay but didn’t enjoy our time there. Only good thing is restroom lines are not that bad compared to other clubs. Overall I don’t see myself going there again. Place needs updates and renovations to keep up with other clubs

I usually visit this place and know that the standard entry fee on Saturdays is $20. However, this time, the lady at the entrance charged $30, claiming it was due to a larger crowd and the club being busy. Once inside, it was actually less crowded than usual. It felt like they gave false information just to overcharge customers. Very disappointing and dishonest.
Had to pay 20 per person because we took the wrong staircase trying to get to it then got in and the dance floor was dead past 10pm in a Saturday night. RIP OFF
