The staff is nice. I just wish they would stop burning my bread. This is the second time I’ve had burnt ciabatta on my “Not So Fried” sandwich. I want to enjoy it but this makes the sandwich taste bad.
Great salads! Although sometimes the portions are inconsistent on take out orders. Would be great if each take out order filled the entire container and not just 3/4 of the way.
I can't rate the service or atmosphere as I had this door dashed for dinner. But I can tell you the food was extremely excellent quality for a really solid price point. It was so fresh and filling and just wonderfully flavored. And if you're considering the basil pasta absolutely get it. Probably some of the best I've had !
45 Minutes Later… You’re in Love. At Mendocino Farms, we don’t rush greatness. Our sandwiches aren’t just made — they’re composed. Fresh-baked bread that’s still warm. Vegetables sliced the moment you order. Applewood-smoked bacon crisped to perfection. And those thick, juicy heirloom tomatoes? We treat them like royalty in our Heirloom BLT — layering every slice with care until it’s a work of art. Yes, it takes 45 minutes. But is it worth every single second? This isn’t fast food. This is your new favorite hour of the day.
I went in here for the first time today. Their associate was super helpful as soon as I walked in! I think it was Insley. I’m a vegan and they let me know everything that could be made vegan. I ended up getting the chicken and hummus wrap which they turned vegan for me with tofu. It was so freaking yummy! I definitely wanna come here again. Super good food, and nice peeps!
I can’t think of a better sandwich spot than mendocino farms! The flavors really pop into your mouth. Good portion sizes too, I was really full. i really loved the not so fried chicken sandwhich!
Decided to go try out this location as I had a good experience at a Mendocino farms location in Santa Monica, CA and I can say that the food was not as good as I was expecting. I requested to substitute the bread for ciabatta and to have my sandwich toasted (none of which were actually done). For what it’s worth, the sandwich I got was okay, but would have potentially enjoyed it more if I received a sandwich similar to what I asked for.
Waited an extra 10 minutes while my salad was ready behind the counter because the staff didn't even notice it. On top of that, this salad was $18!!! This is way too little food/ingredients for such a high price point!
I’m not very familiar with the menu here, so I greatly appreciate the above-and-beyond service of the manager (?) on duty tonight, who helped me make some choices. I wound up with a customized version of a sandwich and it was SO good! I’ll definitely come here more often in the future.
Enjoyed the sandwich and soup on a cold day, and service here is friendly and fast. Great for lunch, quick stop with friends or a casual date.
