Definitely would refer LR Windsor and Tom Leising. Checking in a year later, again worked with Tom Leising. Renewal may have been an easier decision. Worst service I've ever received anywhere. The lady Denise Johnson that is my "my agent" is very arrogant and rude. Everything was fine when I wasn't dealing with her. Then, i had some issues with my policy and my claim that I needed help with, she stopped answering my emails and my calls. When I call the office and ask for her, her assistant says one secind. The second she gets my name Denise becomes out of the office or on lunch or in a meeting. I was only asking for updates on the status of my issue and she would ignore me for days. Lastly, i was trying to get information on why my insurance got a little higher and all I got from her was there's nothing I can do for you and no I can't help you. In the rudest way possible. She just didn't want to help me anymore. Just GO somewhere else if you want to be treated with a little respect or get help with your insurance needs.
