I was insured thru most of them - Allstate, Farmers, State Farm, Geico, Country. I also know what it’s like to work with a broker that has arsenal of tools and companies to work with in order to custom tailor a carrier to your individual insurance need. Nermin Bedak of LR Windsor blows away other competition with his professionalism, customer service, knowledge, and integrity. Everyone is great and will promise you the world when all is good but you really get to know your agent when you have a personal loss etc. Nermin and his team not only will give you best price but will be there for you with right advice when you need it most. Call him!
Very bad insurance agency and agents. One lady agent (Denise) that works there is bad manered and disrespectful and knows nothing if customer service. If you ask many questions or have an issue with your insurance or policy she will tell you she can't help you or that you have to do it yourself. I have been with my insurance company for 4 years, and im looking to change it just so they won't be my agency anymore.
LR Windsor was able to find me better insurance for my car, and home. Todd, and Michele were great.
