I bought a vehicle off of Dean M and he did a fantastic job showing me all of the features of the vehicle and didn’t pressure me to buy, just a great dealership all around.
Advertised prices on cargurus.com for Leader Automotive Group do not include fees for “market value adjustment” or dealer applied services such as “exterior treatments” (buffing and waxing). A truck listed at $55,000 should be around $60,500 after taxes in Palatine. Out the door cost for this truck from Leader Automotive also included a $4,000 market adjustment fee, $2,000 for an exterior wax, and other fees totaling to $67,000 actual out the door cost. All fees that were not disclosed when calling to inquire about a vehicle here.
I would like to give a shout out to Armen the salesman who sold me my vehicle. He was amazing very talented patient and he worked with me very well. I don’t normally give her a shout outs, but he deserves it. Continued the great work. Thank you again.
Mike Szklarczyk from finance sold me a warranty that increased my monthly payment. I asked if I will still have to pay this once my car hits 100,000 miles. He said the warranty would be voided and the amount would come off my monthly payment. I’m stuck paying it every month. I’m at 107,000 miles and counting. Leader left Toyota Lincoln park, abandoned their customers, won’t answer phone calls or email. I feel so scammed. Do not buy from them

Jim, I need to write this complement for the service manager at the Lincoln wood Leader Hyundai (Bobby Brown). I have had a bad experience after having my 2014 Hyundai Sonata towed into the dealership for the engine. After dealing with one of the service advisors, who had a poor customer service and follow up skills , which added to my aggravation and frustration after my engine failed. I had an open conversation, which became escalated during that time. Bobby came up to me and asked how may I help you? He listen to my story. And then said, how can I resolve the situation. This was not only the service I expected from a leader, but he was calm while I was frustrated, and he listened intently to my frustration before asking what he can do to make it, right. I can’t begin to tell you how this made me feel. I really appreciate him for giving me the opportunity to voice my concerns, so I wanted to write this to complement to recognize his professionalism and his superb customer service skills.

Jordan at Hyundai of palatine was the sweetest, most diligent sales person ever. He made sure we were comfortable while we waited, offered us some of the complimentary coffee and water. The cashiers were super sweet too. Overall, I will always come back here thanks to Jordan!
