Wonderful experience all around! I had a few suits and blazers altered and they did an outstanding job. I brought in one of my favorite fitting blazers and she tailored the other jackets in a similar cut. The pricing is extremely affordable for the craftsmanship and turnaround time. This is a great locally owned business to support.
An excellent dry cleaners and tailors under new ownership downtown. Really nice owners who are responsive and do excellent work. I had an issue with one of my items and they promptly offered to fix it while I waited. Will definitely come back and so appreciate the opportunity to support a locally owned businesses. We need them in downtown!
After just buying a pair of pants, I brought them in that same day and said I needed it hemmed by the end of the next day before leaving town. They assured me it wouldn't be an issue and sure enough, I showed up the next day and everything fit perfectly.

Update: it’s very sad to see how the owner of this dry cleaner decided to handle the situation after he ruined his customer’s three peaces of the clothes. He’s had a chance to own his part, apologize and do better in the future with other customers, but instead he decided to LIE about everything. Very unethical and unprofessional way of handling the business. His comment about my clothes is being carefully reviewed in-store at the time of pickup and that it was in proper condition is a complete LIE. We never reviewed clothes in-store when I picked it up. Moreover, at the time of first pick up I’ve had more clothes to drop off (I would never done that knowing that they damaged my clothes). So, first time I had to see/inspect my clothes at my home. After discovering that they destroyed two of my jackets and the skirt I called him next day and asked him to NOT to dry clean my clothes since they already ruined my clothes first time. He agreed to return my clothe without doing any more damage to it and asked me bring damaged clothes to his place so he can see what was done to that. So, next day I went to this dry cleaner to pick up my second drop off before they ruined again and I showed him the skirt with a hole he made, then a jacket with a scratched button and a jacket that was covered in the stains (wasn’t there before dry-cleaning). The owner saw all damages with his own eyes and offered to repair skirt and to replace a scratched button on the jacket. I agreed to that and left my skirt and jacket there for them to fix. For another jacket that was covered with stains all over it I asked the owner to give me a refund since I have to go to different dry cleaner and pay other people to clean the mess he caused. The owner refused to do that, he didn’t even apologized for the damages he has done to my clothes. So, now seeing him writing that there were no stains, no holes, no damaged clothes tells me that he is a LIAR. Denying and Lying about the facts that actually happened in his establishment is not the way to handle the business. My advise to the owner - pleases, don’t lie to your customers, own your mistakes and just simply treat your customers with a respect. Original review: I chose this dry cleaner based on the good reviews but unfortunately my experience wasn’t that good. When I picked up my clothes I discovered that one of my jackets had stains all over it, another jacket had a big scratch on the button and the skirt had a hole on it. The owner refused to give a refund for damaged clothes. Now I have to take my jacket to another place and pay them to remove stains. It was my first time at this dry cleaner and definitely will be the last.

Had a my dad full suit tailored to fit me. Sleeves, take in, and hemmed suit jacket. Waist, tapered, and hemmed suit pants. Incredible work came out exactly how I hoped. Quick work as well.
Ramos and his mom run an incredible shop! Their tailoring is precise and done with meticulous attention to detail. But more importantly, their hospitality and desire to ensure their clients are fully satisfied with their work is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

The best and most professional place to go to in Denver for alterations. They’re are always on point and I never have to go back to get anything re-altered they have never made a mistake. The staff is very friendly and wonderful. They always make sure if you need something, they will make sure it gets done in timely matter.
