great prices but such a long time on hold!!!!
They did a great job helping me look for the right piece I needed for my car
Niki the cashier is wonderful. She is really nice when I go in. She explains everything to me in a way I understand. Very nice to me.
Not willing to help a customer. I asked for a wheel airbag and they gave me a passenger. I requested credit for 1/2 of what i paid in order to purchase the airbag i need. They would not help me and declined. Never buyi2 from them again.
The cashier Niki is very kind, nice and helpful. Very time I go she is really respectful and always explains everything very well.
This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever encountered from anywhere. I've called three times so far trying to get a price on a part for my vehicle. The first time, before I was even telling the person who answered what type of car it was, he transferred me to an automated system. Second time I called, I was only hold for ten minutes. When someone finally answered, by the time I said "hello", the person hung up. Third time, as soon as the person answered, he told me to hold and then I waited 15 minutes and never heard him come back. This is ridiculous.
Bad customer service, slow workers, the person taking my order was on the phone the entire time and made errors while taking my order. Prices are not that great as they are very close to dealership prices in certain cases. It took me about an hour to finally get everything done when it should have taken 15 minutes or less. I will not be buying from this company again.
Customer service is horrible. There is never a person available to answer the phone. If (a very big if) they do answer the phone, they are very short with you and treat you like a no body. I could not get the headlight that I wanted from them. Had to go somewhere else. Would not recommend.
Great customer service. Gustavo is very friendly and helpful. The parts come in great clean packaging and they have a good large stock of automotive parts.
Long hold times and hanging up on customers. Unprofessional. I've called 4 times to get a price for a part for a customer's vehicle and have been hung up on all 4 times before even saying hello. If I could leave 0 Stars, I would.
