Associates get distracted by other employees while the customer is being attended. Update. I was told to come to pick up items and waited for over an hour just to find out items are not here. Had to walk a football field because associate could not track the order on the computer.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen !!!!!! They just don`t care about their customers. I rather pay more for the same part buying it from somewhere else!!!!!!! If I could, I would rate them (negative) -10 stars!!!
You can find more parts here, however don’t expect low prices, a good customer service “ and be prepared to spend 1-2 hours to purchase the parts you need if you come to pick it up yourself.
Worst Customer Service Ever , unprofessional, They are arrogant on the phone , don’t help the customer correctly because they don’t listen and put you on hold forever, Congratulations , you are the best on doing this bad Customer Service .
This is the worst place that I ever been to I been here for 30 minutes to order parts and no even ,I will be with you in a minute or a good morning, really bad customer serv this is a company that need to closed down and go out of business, they don't even care about the customers, why they are on business ? ,they don't have a line this is like wild wild west I will never do business with keystone again in my life ,even if I have to paid extra ,please do yourself a favor and look at other reviews and go to another place don't do business with this umprofecional company
