My house very clearly says no soliciting. No regard for social distancing or anything when they walk right up to us. Do not recommend for this reason alone. The company's response being from Alex confirms I'm reviewing the right company as it has his name on the flyer.

K&A were hired by us to complete a SIP framing package and structural steel installation. They did a terrific job, displaying professionalism, quality of work, great communication, and just an overall friendly presence on the job. There were not many issues, but as construction goes, some do arise. K&A would almost always have a solution or two for every problem encountered. Joe was the foreman on our project and knocked it out of the park. 10/10 would recommend!
Alex is super easy to work with, very low pressure sales and highly informative. I very much appreciate his integrity and knowledge.
I first came to know K&A Construction when they built the deck on my next door neighbor's house. I watched as the crew showed up every day, worked hard, and completed a gorgeous product - and the best part? they were super friendly and courteous (nice music at normal levels, always a wave and a smile, and kept things clean and safe). My neighbor was thrilled with their deck, so I got Alex's number. He came out and worked (very patiently) with my wife and I as we tried to decide what to do with our deck. Alex's suggestions were creative, insightful and REALLY helpful as we zeroed in on what we wanted. Pricing was transparent and fair. Communication before, during and after was always timely, professional and clear. I never wondered about what was happening next. In short - I couldn't say anything better about the team. This is our third year with our deck (it still feels brand new) and we use it every day. I'm just thrilled with the finished product and would recommend Alex and his crew to EVERYONE and anyone.
K&A team, lead by Spencer, was great to work with! They were very responsive and professional throughout the entire process from quoting through completion of our new deck. We love it! We will reach out to K&A in the future for any deck needs or other related projects. Thank you!
It's really hard to find contractors that are honest and reliable these days. K&A Construction is that and more. They built a great deck, cover and outdoor kitchen for us. They take pride in their work. They didn't shy away from custom features. Those cabinets were hand-made in house and designed perfectly for our needs. And they were always happy to take care of the unforeseen little details that come-up without price gouging. They moved sprinklers, extended our existing flagstone, and were gracious even when I kept changing the color of the ceiling. ;) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
K&A Construction built our deck. They did an excellent job and are committed to excellence. My wife and I are extremely happy with the work they did. They also have excellent customer service and really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
