Junk King is great! They offered to wear booties over their shoes before they entered the house. They were zip-zip quick and friendly. I will use them again and tell my friends!

TLDR Junk King took our junk but wrecked our cedar fence. We hired Junk King to take away some items we didn't want to move into our new house. We were getting ready to put our old house on the market, and didn't want a garage full of random items. Junk King arrived on-time and backed their large truck into our narrow driveway to make it slightly easier than carrying the items to the street (saving them about 10-20 feet of walking). After loading the items, which they did quickly, they pulled the truck out of our driveway but didn't secure the rear doors of the truck, which swung open while the truck was moving. One door hit our cedar fence and broke a post (set in concrete), which caused an entire section to fall. I was quite angry considering we were putting the house on the market in a few days. We called their manager Brian Lyons, who told me the franchise owner Jason Edge would come out to my house the next morning by 9am to personally help rebuild the fence with some employees. He said they would also cover the cost of the materials. The next day I arrived at the house an hour early and waited for them to show up. They did not. A call to Brian revealed that he never actually heard back from Jason. My partner and I bought the materials and fixed it ourselves. I sent a bill of material cost and my time to Junk King along with a request to refund what we paid for the junk removal. Irvin Garcia responded saying they could cover the refund and material cost but not my time fixing it. I agreed to this. True to their word, they issued a refund and sent me a check for material cost. This was a very stressful event for us during a stressful time. I'd recommend against giving this company business as it's owner cannot be trusted to manage the mistakes of his employees.

Great Job, and Professional!! The team came out, gave me a quote, and got the work done within 3 hours, while we’ve wanted weeks to find the right helpful match! This job was too big and took too much time for my partner and I without a big truck and trailer (we tried…too costly in the bed of a small truck!) - but with a crew of two and their HUGE truck they got it DONE! Thank you for your professionalism, clear communication and efficiency - I’d recommend them to anyone who needs junk (or in our case, backyard construction debris) removed! Two gentlemen arrived and did a fantastic job trying to get the elliptical machine out of the house. The elliptical machine was too big and had to be broken down. They worked hard and were able to get the machine out of the house! Thank goodness! Great job!

The appraisal was easy and low pressure. After the appraisal, they were able the schedule the removal extremely quickly which was a huge help since we had only a 24 hour window after appraisal to get the junk removed. The junk removal experts were extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. They worked to save us money by packing trucks so efficiently so quickly. They made the entire experience a pleasure and were very prompt, even showing up early. Great experience with Junk King. Can’t thank their team enough.
