Mike and Coop were super friendly and helpful! We had a few items we wanted added into the mattress haul and they gave us an immediate quote and hauled it all away! Super quick and painless!
Called them for yard debris removal and was willing to pay $418 to fill a 1/3 of their truck. They had a queen or king size mattress with box spring in it, a 3 seater oversized sofa, a large office chair and some other random stuff. They filled it up a 1/3 of the way AROUND the other stuff so it wasn’t even an actual 1/3 of the truck… Then, they didn’t want to walk on the yard debris after it was in the truck and compact it so that we could actually fill the space I paid for. I guess they wanted me to pay for AIR! The driver spoke to the manager and then I spoke to the manager and they wouldn’t budge. Had they told me before coming that the yard debris had to be cut down into small pieces or that they were going to just throw stuff in and not try to compact it, I would have never had them come out… Total scam and waste of time and money for yard debris… DON’T DO IT!

They were asked to make a pathway to remove a water heater. Had a pathway that they had to clear to get to the water heater. I had a lot of junk in the basement that they had to bring up and they had time for us to examine all the containers before they took anything away. It was a big job that would have taken us ladies a few weeks to do but they brought heavy containers for us to examine before they hauled anything away. They got the pathway cleared a in few hours. Remarkable !!. Always kept us informed if they thought that the items might have more value and to consider if we needed to keep the item.
They did a great job and collecting all the items. They called ahead and were able to come a little early Which was great because it was a really hot day. I would definitely hire them again.
Junk King answered the phone when I called and were super flexible with meeting me. It took Junk King one truck, one hour and two men to do what would have taken me and mine two or three days. They were kind and listened when I gave instructions. Matt and Xander do great work!
Great service! The two guys that came were so polite and professional. They were fast. In and out un 15 min. Fair price too!
I moved earlier this month, and this service was SO handy. Same day pick up and the crew, Mike and Brian, were efficient, professional and friendly. Made my move a lot less stressful for sure. I would definitely recommend and would reach out again anytime I need to have items hauled away that I can't just throw in the trash.
Mike and Dirrick did a great job in removing my donation items. They were meticulous enough to ensure there’s no damage to the house.
Very good company and very responsive. Just know that price is graduated by volume so it’s hard to get an exact cost before the work is done. Also had to help with the loading as only one technician was available. Nevertheless was a good experience and would recommend!
