Jewel and her team members are unprofessional. They did not complete the work properly. Her team members are inattentive to the work. They charged much more than the quality of the work. They wasted my money and time. I am very disappointed.
I couldn't have been happier with Jewel's work. We found Jewel online and contracted with them to demolish and rebuild our roof deck. The new deck looks amazing and they completed the work very quickly. The whole team was so professional, respectful and careful with our home. We will certainly work with them again in the future and recommend them to anyone.
I want to thank Jewel’s and his team for all their hard work. They turned my outdated apartment into an upcoming and updated cozy home. I just stepped out of one of the two newly renovated bathrooms completed by Jewel Construction, and the quality of their work impressed me so much that I felt compelled to share this review. From summer through fall, Jewel Construction transformed two bathrooms down to the studs, completely rebuilt my mudroom, and refreshed my backyard with a new fence and beautiful travertine pavers. The entire team was a pleasure to work with—respectful, attentive, and always willing to help. I’ve owned my home for nearly three decades and have worked with many contractors, but this is the first time I truly felt partnered with a company that cared deeply about the outcome rather than just speed or profit. Jewel Construction approached every step and every detail with genuine commitment and care. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and when the inevitable small issues arose, any adjustments were handled appropriately and transparently. I fully expect to hire them again as future projects come up
Jewel did a great job replacing our deck. It looks better than the original. The workers were always on time, super polite and did quality work. Shihab was a delight to work with.
Jewel Construction was a referral from Home Depot. We decided to use them to rebuild our deck because of their previous projects, which matched up with what we were looking for. The owner, Jul, showed up on time for all appointments. His crew is very capable, and extremely polite. I was involved in watching the project from start to finish. They took all of my questions and concerns seriously. We are completely satisfied with the entire process which took less than 2 weeks from estimate appointment to the project finish.
I am pleased to update this review and report that Jewel has now completed 4 projects with us, for a kitchen, pantry, bath, and full basement renovation. The kitchen, pantry, and bath renovation projects were key to getting a great sales price for our condo, and the full basement renovation of our house has added a significant amount of valuable living space. We have been very impressed over the past 3 years with Jewel’s work, and would strongly recommend Jewel Construction Company to family and friends for any job!
