I appreciate the convenience of home delivery, I’ve recently encountered some billing practices that I find concerning and wish to bring to the company’s and potential customers’ attention. Firstly, I was surprised to see a yearly fee added to my account for bottle recycling. While I support environmentally responsible practices, the timing and justification of this fee are puzzling, given that I had just purchased these bottles last month. It’s unclear why customers who have bought their bottles are being charged for recycling, especially so soon after purchase. Additionally, I was assessed a late fee for the “new bottles fee” before the bottles were even delivered to me. This seems to reflect a disconnect in the billing process, as it’s unreasonable to expect payment for a service or product that has not yet been provided.
