Customer service is great! No issue with skipping monthly delivery. My daughters and I love the alkaline water. After going through breast cancer surgery in August, was wanting to start eating a more ph balance diet to include getting my family to drink more water. My preference has always been alkaline water. Still work in progress on getting family totally on board drinking more water over sodas, but getting there!
The owner is very knowledgeable about the water service and how the water benefits me biologically. The water has a great taste and the delivery was on time which i appreciated.
I own a commercial insurance agency. I relocated to Marietta from Orlando. I used Tribeca Beverage which was amazing! I have been a loyal customer of Indigo for over a year. Today I received a threatening “text” stating if I didn’t pay an $80 balance? I would not receive delivery. I don’t know who is handling their clients but if you can’t speak to clients with respect? Don’t own a business. According to the text, they did not bill me for bottles? I don’t even know what that means. Regardless, professionalism and respect is not this businesses strong point. They have lost a client. I’m sure I won’t be the only one.
