What a great experience I had at India Fashion X with Savi. My custom to order Lengha was beautiful, but shortly after picking it up, I accidentally damaged it. With such short notice Savi helped me get a new top and saved the day! Thank you so much 10/10 would recommend. Also special thanks to her Tailors who stayed up all night to fix this for me. They really go the extra mile to help their customers.

Savi was very friendly and informative with the Indian customs. Needed a saree right away and she was able to tailor it quickly for me. Really appreciate her flexibility.

Savi was so wonderful in accommodating us for a last minute wedding. She was kind, and came in on a Sunday last minute to help us out. She has such an incredible eye and educated us along the way. Can’t recommend her enough.

Very rude. Lectured us for 30 minutes before letting us try anything on. Told her we needed only one dress for one event, and she proceeded to say that’s not how an Indian wedding is done. Like m’am mind your own business about my own wedding? I’m trying to spend money at your shop, not hear about why my wedding is wrong. What a complete waste of time and very disappointing.

I had a wedding coming up for a soon to be cousin in-law and purchased a Sherweni from an online retailer that was too big for my body. For the adjustments I needed to have done, I needed them in less than a week. Savi and her team came to my rescue and it was done in TWO DAYS! I am absolutely stunned by the work done by India Fashion X. Thank you so much!!!

Savi's team did a fantastic job altering my outfit for Dholki! It was very large and long upon arrival. They took in the arms and body of the dress/top, shortened it, and took in the pants. Very pleased with the end result. Savi is a wonderful person with beautiful clothing in her shop! She will take great care of you!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE A ZERO, I ABSOLUTELY WOULD. As an Indian myself, this was by far the worst encounter I have ever had with another Indian. Nobody behaves like this in India. People back home are welcoming and respectful. This experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, she was rude, arrogant, and completely dismissive. I was simply browsing, yet she acted irritated that I did not have an appointment, even though the store was completely empty. It made absolutely no sense. Every time I tried to explain what I was looking for, she cut me off with irrelevant and random suggestions. Whenever I clarified my needs, she talked over me as if she automatically knew better. The condescending attitude was unbelievable. And the judgment was on another level. I asked to see a few pieces on display, and she immediately said, “That is a thousand dollar piece,” and hesitated to even show it. First, I can get ten similar pieces in India for that amount and of course better quality. I asked if I could try something on and her audacity to tell we don’t let people try unless they buy because some people stink? Second, who says something like that, and what made her assume I could not afford it? Then came the biggest shock. She told me to come two months before my wedding so she could design and handle everything. Why would I trust someone who refuses to listen? And what makes her think she can dictate when I shop? It is my wedding, my timeline, and my choice. Who is she to tell me what to do? She wasted hours of my time with unnecessary talk, zero listening, and no professionalism at all. Her lack of communication, empathy, and basic customer courtesy made the entire visit awful. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to avoid this store completely.
