Extraordinarily helpful agency! I had a fantastic experience working with April, who put in extra effort to help me find coverage in a challenging situation. I had my home coverage dropped by the worthless "good neighbors" at State-Farm, and she was able to find great coverage at a better price than I could on my own shopping around, all while being communicative and friendly.Highly recommend!
My husband and I have been a customer of Hutch Ham for 20 plus years. I first dealt with Brenda for business through a company I was working for and the service was phenomenal. I now work with April for all of my personal needs and the service continues to be above and beyond. I never had/have any issues with them and if I am ever asked, I always refer them. We have used business, personal - homeowners, auto, wedding insurance (for our daughter's wedding) and we are now getting ready to use them for construction of a new home. Definitely am confident in anything they help us with. Overall just a great company!

I had a unique opportunity to see just how good Hutch Ham is to their customers. We'd recently moved and I had a homeowners policy through Allstate and my roommate had taken one out with Hutch Ham. Sadly my expensive e-bike was stolen despite multiple locks and being garaged. My Allstate homeowners experience was terrible. They were very rude. I went to them for a policy,, stupilating it was to cover my ebike ...apparently doesn't cover ebikes after all. The language in the contract was extremely vague - to give you an idea, the word "bike" or "e-bike" is nowhere in that agreement. The adjuster had no problem though, adding a line in her first email to me about the incident, stating in bold letters "ebikes are not covered in your policy." She was rushed and rude and said it could take weeks to see if they would cover *just the locks.* When I found that we had a policy through Hutch Ham, I called to see if there was anything they could do. They were extremely professional, thorough and quick! Not only were they were respectful and kind, the policy we have with them states clearly that it covers ebikes. The process was fast and easy, with fantastic support from April and Matthew, throughout!! This is how its supposed to be! I highly recommend giving April call for all of your Insurance needs. I'm so grateful!
