My husband and I have owned our own business for eleven years. Thankfully, Rich knew Martin Tivnan, our Insurance Agent with Hutch Ham, before we opened our business. Martin guided our way through the insurance world, all of the people at Hutch Ham have helped us grow, and they would (and have) bent over backwards to make sure that our business has the correct coverage to protect us, our customers and vendors, if ever needed. I mostly deal with our account manager, Tonia Hubbard. One example of many: our annual renewal was last week, and although she sent me the renewal list, that I needed to mark up before she could proceed a month ahead of time, I got it back to her only days beforehand. Although it would have been justifiable for the process to take longer, Tonia had every single renewal back to me a day before the expiration, because she knows that we cannot be paid from our customers with outdated insurance. I have noticed that Hutch Ham only hires top-notch professionals, and Tonia is always quick to respond with questions and / or the documentation our customers need. Everyone at Hutch Ham helps - when Tonia takes time off, April Ham takes care of anything we need, seamlessly. Over the years we have had the opportunity to look at other agencies, and as a business person you have to look at everything.. But we have enough going on, we have never been let down, felt over-charged nor neglected. That is a relationship for keeps, and they have my loyalty in return. Hutch Ham is the right company for us, and I do not want to change agencies. I cannot say enough about the Hutch Ham team - there is not a better agency in Charlotte, I trust them, and will be their client until the time comes to sell our business (which is a LONG time from now!).
