Took my daughter to this store today at 4:15 PM. The doors were locked. An associate came to the doors to tell us they were “taking lunch” for 45 minutes and if we could come back? We drove there, found parking, just to be turned away. Very unprofessional. Have never been to a mall where a store just closes for lunch. Especially 2 hours before they close.
The manager is super mean. He wouldn't do a price adjustment on my purchase within a week of my original purchase even though I had a valid coupon and another store had said they could. I do not recommend this store.
Shoutouts to Connor and Nika for being absolutely wonderful on our visit! Genuinely some of the most friendly staff I've ever had the pleasure of shopping from and I'll be coming back for sure!! Thank you guys again for making it a wonderful experience!
The staff is always helpful, but during this visit, they truly helped me get the most 'bang for my buck.' Long story short, my three friends and I were out for a late Christmas shopping spree, and the team member that checked us out bundled all our separate purchases into one transaction. This allowed my account to reap all the rewards points and Hot Cash while still letting us pay individually!!
One of the last Hot Topics near me anyways 🖤 in existence and store is so clean and friendly vibes ! Nostalgic and Miss Maria was the most helpful amazing customer service worker thank you !

Had a really bad experience with the employee Reece. She was so rude to my group. We came back to make another purchase and they spoke to us in a bad tone. Never had this experience in any other hot topic.
Person I spoke to on the phone was really nice and helpful. But what's the point of having online pickup if the product I pay for in advance is just sold to someone else? :(
Not as large as some others I have been to, however staff was very helpful. Daughter was happy.
i called this location asking for a product which i purchased online but was refunded due to it being out of stock. the sales associate was very kind and helpful in locating the product, telling me it was in stock! i did not catch his/their name, however, i wanna highlight how politely they treated me. when i arrived to pick up the product, they had set it aside for me and they also informed me it was marked down from the original price by nearly 5%. 🥲😍 thank you so much again for all of your help! 🖤
