H&M

Just like any H&M I've ever been to, it seems like they really don't care about the customers. Nobody greets you as you walk in, you have no idea what sales or promotions are going on, if there are any and there are usually clothes scattered all over the sales floor. The cashiers barely acknowledged my existence even when they were handling my transaction. Poor experience. Hopefully they straighten up their act. Okay quality clothes. I don't usually find things I like in terms of quality. The style is nice, but you'd be better off investing in better made clothing.

The dresses on sales were good and the styles were simple and still classy and up to date and I went around the entire mall and actually ignored you thinking the quality would be bad but instead I found my kind of style of clothing here but haven't washed it yet to know about its quality yet. Darrin F. is an employee that is an asset to your company. He went above and beyond to help me look for my black denim blazer on 06/7/21 around 1 PM. He is authentic, patient and kind. I hope H&M notices that and rewards him well.

The Worst exprience of this particular store and the management of H&M !!!! Don’t ever trust the Counter reps giving you back change in a sale item !!! They will cheat you !! Never pay in cash to them !!! I went there to shop on 03/28/2018 and found a bargain ! I picked up a pretty shirt on sale for $3bucks which original price was $19 bucks . So excited I pulled out a bill of $20 to pay for it at the counter . The girl was also amazed to see the sale price . After she processes the purchase I found out that she completely cheated me !! She rolls the difference left in the receipt that looked like she gave me the right amount , not at all ! She puts only $3.23 and keeps the $16.99 with her !! So she actually charges me $17 bucks instead of $3 bucks which the actual price was on the tag to be charged . I was visiting and had to leave the next day by the time I noticed that I had only 2 hours to leave for the airport . I called the customer service , the rep asked me to go to the airport and in24 hrs someone will get back to me , never advised me to get the money back right away from the same store by showing them the incorrect receipt the sales rep had made Overcharging me !! Next was Supervisor calling me Miss Shakira and informs there is no option but to only get a gift voucher from the store ! So go buy more of their store no money to be returned only in shape of gift voucher to buy more from their store ! Again When I objected on their ethics and asked to be fair enough to send me a gift card with that amount owed to me on it they refused !! I asked to talk to her boss she refused as she was the boss ! Asked to talk to another supervisor she puts me on hold never to come back !! So I called back and talk to another Supervisor and even he after having all the information and approval of overcharging me says he still needs to verify and send the same store voucher gift card !! No option That’s the worse exprience of sales rep to customer service to Supervisor ( management ) all in chaos !! No body has the proper training and watch out to look after the customers !! So look out for yourself please don’t buy there or be careful when you are buying !!!!

I hung around in the men's section of the store for half an hour yesterday looking for items of clothing that were shown on the H&M U.S website, only to not find any of it. There was literally no employees there to ask or help me for the whole time I was in the men's section, everyone seemed to busy dealing with the queue outside the female changing rooms. Need more staff! When my girlfriend did finally buy something, she was greeted by a quite unpleasant person at the checkout. Not a great experience, far below the European and Australian H&M Experience.

Love H&M but the guy with the tattoo on his face was blatantly rude and gave me additude when I asked for a bag again after he rang me up. I had said I didn't want one and then very clearly said, "actually, I would like a bag," no more than 3 seconds later, assertively, and at an audible volume.

The mens sections is lowkey really small and the wait for the fitting rooms was so long even though there were only 2 people because out of the 4 rooms, 3 were full of storage materials like boxes and mannequins. You have to realize that fitting rooms are not for storage and will eventually cause problems.

I had a subpar (at best) experience at H&M today. I wasn't greeted upon entering and the associate who did eventually find me and offer to assist me pointed me to the v-neck t-shirts I was looking for and promptly vanished. I had planned on looking at jeans, a jacket, scarves, and a few different styles of sweaters and shirts but having my arms full with 4 other shopping bags and no assistance I struggled my way to register bought some of what I came for and left. I don't want to be doted on, but I do expect a greeting and perhaps an offer to keep my bags at the regsiter so I can actually pick up and take everything I want to the register.

Great deals but you have to wait for sometime to get things off the higher racks. Some of the people in the dressing are need a little bit of more smiles , less oh your bothering me look do it's my job.

Worst experience Been there today, charged me for items I didn’t get. The lady told me one dress is 50% off, but they still charged me fully! They are so unprofessional I will return all the stuff I got it from them!
