NEVER use the fitting rooms in this business. At 4:30pm on June 12, 2022 there was a man standing outside of a woman’s fitting room “waiting for his wife”. A woman he did not know was changing in the fitting room he was standing in front of, the man peeked his head in through the curtain while she was changing. The woman, visibly upset, OBVIOUSLY asked the fitting room attendant to make him leave due to what he did and the attendant said he couldn’t make him leave. She asked for the manager and when the manager came to speak to the man she apologized TO THE MAN and was extremely rude to the woman. The female manager, a short brunette with a bun did not apologize to the woman and only asked the man to step a couple feet back. They need to get actual doors on the fitting rooms or make people waiting on their friends/family wait outside if they can’t be trusted to leave others alone. And management should get a lesson on victim blaming and how to handle dangerous situations like this. I will never try clothes on here or purchase anything again and I’m sure the woman that was peeped on and treated this way won’t either.

Tried to return some items in the appropriate time frame but the store is unfortunately closed.

Nice store for inexpensive but trendy clothes. Had been searching for a sparkly top for New Years Eve, but other stores were so expensive! Found a beautiful and classy pewter color sparkly simple sweater top at H & M for a great price!! I'm so happy with my new top from H & M!

Greeted by the associate saying "We close in 10 min", no thank you, we just walked right out. I had never visited this store and will not again at this location. We just noticed they had baby clothes and that's all we wanted to look at, we literally walked to the Abercrombie and Fitch with five min before closing and we were greeted with a welcome and the associate told us if we needed help to let him know, please take notes as to how customers want to be treated. We looked at the kids clothes, noticed they were too big for our baby and done, out in less than 2 minutes.

Items that catch your fancy? Then availability of colors and sizes are right there. I like ease in shopping. Store is bright, clean but a bit cramped. Items I have purchased have gone through wear and washes and still look good considering the very reasonable price. This was my first try of H & M items and will definitely give them another visit.

Horrible Customer Service. I travelled here from the Northfield location to find a dress for vacation. The associate at Northfield stated that Cherry Creek had several in stock. I made the trek here and arrived at the store at 5:45pm. Google says they are open until 7pm. When I walked in, I was told that the store was closed and that I need to be in line in 5 mins. I asked for assistance to help find the dress in a timely manner. The associate helping thumbed through one rack and said they did not have it. So I started to look for it myself. I pulled it up online and it showed in stock and was told, “well we don’t have it”. I asked the manager to assist and she said that the associate I was working with would know best and was told to come back another time as they were closing in 5 mins. I understand that it is Sunday, however to be scooted out with crying baby in hand after trekking across the city to be dismissed and told to leave is completely unacceptable customer service. I will never shop here again.

"I’m disappointed by the poor quality of clothing at H&M. Several items I’ve purchased have not lasted – they shrink, lose shape, or start unraveling after just a few wears or washes. This has happened with multiple items, so it’s clearly an ongoing issue with quality. What makes it worse is that H&M doesn’t offer a proper refund for these defective items. Their customer service is unhelpful and unwilling to stand behind their products, making it feel like wasted money. Until they improve the quality and stand by their items, I won’t be shopping here again."

When you first go in the store and you buy a bag for 10 cents corporate says they are automatically supposed to let you fill that bag up with whatever you like. They might even let you fill up a second bag but don't quote me on that i couldn't hear the worker too well as she was eager to catch up and inform me on more great deals as I was leaving.

Great layout and selection however, the staff can be unengaged at best. The fitting room attendant is often missing and the manager seems just as committed to customer service. With all of that, I do like shopping here for the deals and the selection. I just know not to expect decent customer service if any.

Clothes are absolutely amazing, and the basic clothing are amazing priced. The environment is organized well, and it is a fairly quick checkout process. Workers and staff are kind and happy to help. As I said, it is pretty easy to find what your are looking for, because everything is neat categories.
