They hired staff who actually care about people. Las night my daughter and I were looking for some overalls and we waited in a long line to ask one of the cashiers. She was so HELPFUL. She not only took the time to direct me on the website, but she even wrote it down. She wasn’t rushing me to get out of the way. She took her time. I appreciate H&M for hiring people like Nadia. It makes me want to come back again for great quality clothes, and great customer service!
0 star. Terrible customer service especially cashiers. Customers please always check your prices’ items. Price tag shows discount price but when you check out, it is a regular price. The cashiers know fraud but they let you pay higher price. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PRICE TAG AND BILL.
Disappointed in the customer service. Asked about a particular item and was met with “what we have is what’s out on the rack.” Ok…no problem, except I then go on the website to look to see if I can find something similar and the website shows the store having multiple of the item I asked about. I pointed this out to the same employee and he responded with “ the website doesn’t always update.” Ok. Except then after looking , I found the item I had been looking for on another rack. The cashier had witnessed all of this and when I went to check out she told me she was checking someone else out, they ran to grab something…and so I waited for another cashier, but when I was called up the original cashier called the person behind me. It was clear it was intentional and when I looked at her she responded with “oh, I guess they left?”. I would be terrible at customer service, which is why I don’t do it… so if you choose to work in it, maybe actually try to be helpful.
On Thursday, June 20th I had probably one of the best retail experiences. Jeremy went above and beyond for us. I was most impressed with how he handled a situation we had. He was very friendly, and was knowledgeable with the sale items in the store, Jeremy asked if we had taken advantage of the clearance racks, which we had carelessly missed after being there for a hour. I can’t thank him enough for bringing it to my family’s attention, which saved us extra money. He was helpful, positive with awesome energy. I wished every retail store had his professionalism and exceptional customer service. While experiencing great, we also happen to experience not so good customer service. The young girl at the other register who was helping my son had her doubts about the exact item I had purchased as a sale item and for whatever reason she felt the need to question her team mate. Which prompted management and unnecessarily held the lines up. In the end we walked away happy and with some great retail items.
The store is very neat and clean. They have a variety of items, the fabric is on the cheaper end but for the price it’s fine. Will definitely buy warmups there.
The beeping from the registers are an ongoing irritation for me but overall great selection and service.
I have been going here since I was in my freshman year of college. I like this location because of the distance from my house, but lately the service has been rude. I went a few days ago on Thursday in the evening after 5:30PM. I wanted to get some work pants and a long sleeve top, I did. But there was a girl who was giving me major rudeness and being mean for no reason. I didn’t give her attitude or say anything, she didn’t know how to use the barcode in the app which I have been using forever and I asked her to just scan it so I could do the pay later thing. She rudely said she was doing it and then called over her coworker for assistance because I mentioned I have had no trouble with this before. I was with my friend and I even asked him, if it was me or if my tone was off, he just said she was being rude and upset over something as small as a barcode.
Shout out to Michael for being so kind today & helpful! He went the extra mile to help us! H&M must be proud to have him as an employee. He deserves a raise. 😍 5 +++++ ⭐️
Store has great selection of clothes and accessories for men, women, and kids. They offer a variety of styles for all likes. The prices are very good as well; it all seems to be fairly priced. The store is well organized and clean. Staff is helpful and seems readily available to help out customers with whatever they need. Definitely recommend H&M for your shopping needs.
