This place is so SEXY all the workers are ON FLEEK just like my eyebrows the customer service is bomb AF! This one guy who has the same name as me is honestly the best sales advisor I've ever witnessed in a retail store you would have thought he ran the place he was a boss I I totally recommend this place of your looking for a great. Great priced clothing! They actually have a decent men’s section which is hard to come by! Store gets messy when it’s crowded but is usually kept up well and has friendly workers!
Somebody should be fired. It says they open at 10 we were there 5 til, and waited for 20 minutes no one ever opened the doors. We left for a bit and came back at 1045 still nothing.
Pricing difference on the tags 🏷️ and clothing quality not so great.
Admittedly, I am not part of their target demographic, but they can be a good place to shop for basics. Occasionally you can get some really good deals as well. There's not a ton of stuff that appeals to me style-wise, but the few things I've gotten have held up well and been good quality.

Terrible customer service. Tried returning an online order and the manager wouldn’t return it. They said it was past 30 days. I had gotten it delivered 11/18. Today is12/15 how am I suppose to return something I don’t have? Makes no sense. I don’t have time to ship it back in the mail and go through all of that. Manager David was not helpful at all. When I called customer service they told me the store should have returned it.
I have always shopped at this location especially for my kids, they have the best clothes for babies and children. I dont live in San Antonio and only go when I have to shop for things I can't get in my little town. In my town we are not forced to wear masks either bc the 6ft space seems to work just fine ,especially when wearing a mask causes me anxiety so I don't wear one. But wow the people in most business in San Antonio are crazy.The manager in H&M at La Cantera, kept harassing my family and I every time I would pull my mask down to get some fresh air so I could breath and stop sweating for a minute. And while she kept harassing me she was not 6ft from my father she kept standing 2 - 3ft from him. This woman continued to be a mask Natzi. On the H&M website it clearly says to just have a mask upon entry for all US stores, it's not a legitimate policy to wear it the whole time. I asked her are you going to call the cops if I don't have my mask pulled up right now and she said well no. And then all she could do is keep repeating herself like a broken record that I have to have my mask on blah blah blah. Clearly business have stopped respecting constitutional rights. And don't understand personal space. And don't respect people who may have medical conditions . The manager even went so far as to call security even though I was shopping and keeping to myself, there were hardly any other customers around the only one who kept getting close to my family and I was the manager. This world has clearly started to go crazy . These big cities and mayors act like they are law when they legally aren't. When they put out a mandate that goes against our freedoms it doesn't mean we have to be sheep and listen. These mandates are not law and have not even gone through a legal process to become law. I would like to be able to shop and do things without being harassed over an illegitimate unconstitutional so called demand of the mask.
I bought merchandise from them and when I wanted to return it, they put it back on the card, but the money did not come.
One of the largest H&Ms I have ever been to. Really clean and nicely spread out store. Lots of variety and options. Quality is typical for fast fashion stores. Lots of sales when I visited. Would recommend checking it out.
