I went to the store today and I found the beanie hat I’ve been wanting but I’m a 4ft Mexican and beanie hat was 10 ft up so couldn’t buy it. Boo
I usually like H&M, but my recent visit to the Ingram Park Mall location was honestly a nightmare. First off, the selection was very mid. It felt picked over and lacked the variety you usually see at other locations—there just wasn't much worth buying. But the biggest issue—and I’m not even exaggerating—was the smell. As soon as you walked in, it smelt like raw sewage. It was so overpowering that it made it impossible to actually browse the clothes without feeling nauseous. Until they fix whatever plumbing or hygiene issue is going on there, I’d definitely recommend skipping this one and heading to a different mall.
This was my first visit here. Friendly employees and helpful and store has nice affordable clothes.

It is usually a clean store with easy to find what I'm looking for especially when I'm in a hurry. Helpful associates.
They have a sign outside of the store for adjusted hours, it’s 10:40 on a Saturday and they are still not open! The sign says they open at 10 on the weekends
Fix your hours of operation on google, it is incorrect. You are not open at 10am on Friday. Wish I knew this before driving here.
Love this store for there quality in clothing, excellent service and prices.
