This is by far the worst H&M location I have ever been to. The people working there either hate their job and just do not care at all. On Tuesday at 7pm exactly, the cashier was so rude. You can just feel she didn’t want to be there. The customer before me tried to make small conversation but that didn’t work. When it was my turn I specifically told her I don’t want to use my rewards , she proceeds to give me the phone to enter my email to pull account , I politely said I do not want the rewards. She got even more mad. Threw my stuff in the bag and the receipt and I didn’t even know if the transaction was over. I don’t have a choice but to stop by there once in a while because it’s so close but just hoping this issue gets address. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
I am not sure what time they open on Thursday but it is not 11. I was waiting outside the doors and they didn’t open for 30 mins that I was waiting. The hours need to be updated. I am still not sure what time they actually open.
I was greeted twice when I walked in. Some things I would like to point out. Noone was available for fitting rooms but there was two employees pulling a conversation not that far from me. When I walked into the fitting room there was a guy helping out his girlfriend with clothes which was weird to me. Also I accidentally opened a curtain on someone and apologized right away. Please make sure someone is operating the fitting rooms As there has been suspicious activity going on in other department stores around the country. Also Be careful buying specific clothing items at H&M as they do shrink after one wash.
We stopped here to get a suit for my foreign exchange kid for prom. We were able to find everything he needed very reasonably priced. The sales associates were helpful and friendly. They also are one of the only H&Ms in San Antonio that gives a military discount!
Drove all the way out to this location and was greeted by a woman who stared at as I walked in at 7:56 and told me they were closed. I was simply needing to return an item. She was very rude and unhelpful. What are you doing in customer service if you cannot service your customer? I will now need to make the drive all the way out here tomorrow. Hopefully I will be greeted with better service.
Just called the 855 ph# for H&M to request to be transferred to the San Antonio Ingram Mall location. After being on hold for several minutes, while the associate searched inventory, (approximately five minutes), the call was disconnected. I called the 855 at phone number again and was told I would be placed on a one or two minute hold while the associate look for the zip code for that store location, which I was not asked for on the first call. After holding for 6 minutes the associate never came back and this call was ALSO disconnected! This is very disappointing in view of how much money I spent at H&M yesterday. I had planned on going back today purchase a gift for a friend, but after this lousy service, I will spend my $$ elsewhere.
I went in to look around check out visuals and see if they had any cool tees. No one greeted me or asked if they could help me. But I did have two sales follow me around for no reason. I was disappointed and a little upset. Mind you I’m a manager at another clothing store in the mall. So I know quality customer service.
As a person that was born and raised in Europe, yall honestly suck at replicating European styles, also whats up with the offbrand Nirvana hoodies? Theyre very disrespectful and mocking towards the alternative and rock culture.
My girls love the items sold here, so we go, and we always find great deals. Also, customer service is great.
I’m sorry but EVERY time I walk in here, it smells like you guys mop with a bucket of urine. I can’t! Get some bleach and a new mop PLEASE
