The employees at this location are rude, and awkward. Managers are rude and always seem bothered. The tall African American girl working the fitting room today was extremely rude for no reason when I first walked in. I even said thank you leaving the fitting room and she ignored me. I don’t understand why people who don’t like people get customer service jobs. She lacks basic customer service and people skills and I’m confused as to how she even got the position. There was one nice employee at the register on the first floor and she told me she was new.
Unfortunately, we went on the tax-free weekend, so it was packed. We still found goodies, but I'm never shopping on that weekend again. It was too hot in there. I love H&M. But today was not a good day for me. It had nothing to do with them. I will probably go back next weekend.
Store was a bit messy. Clothing was a little disorganized but the check out line was pretty fast. The cashier was really nice and shared with me how I can save money on my purchase. I appreciated this info. No one asked if I needed help when I was shopping and no one greeted me at the entrance. My experience at this store was ok. Not too crazy about the clothing selection. Sizes run a bit small in case you wondered. Happy shopping. 😉
Went in looking for outfits for my daughter’s senior pictures. Octavio was awesome, he helped us pick out several outfits and we ended up buying more than we expected but they were perfect! Thank you Octavio for being so kind and professional, we appreciate you being there and helping us with one of her lifetime milestones. ❤️ you’re the mvp
If I could, I'd give them zero stars. My son who is 14 yrs old visited this store on 3 May and brought a black hoodie. The tag read USD 19.99 however he was charged for the Canada price which was 24.99. I know my son should have been more aware but as an adult who works there, they should not take advantage of minors. This was unacceptable customer service!
The store manager spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Her name Evelyn shouldn’t work there at a manager position. Without knowing the full situation, she raised her voice at me in front of other customers. This not only embarrassed me but also made me feel unwelcome in your store. As a customer, I believe issues should be handled with respect, calm communication, and professionalism — not by yelling or making assumptions before understanding what is going on.
I don't typically visit malls, but when I do I always stop by H&M. I almost always find something I like for a great price. I'm not preoccupied with brands, but H&M usually has nice, modern finds. I'll be back soon.
The sales associate that was working the register while checking out my only item.....a three pack of socks. The woman named CHRISTINA (She is a Caucasian looking female in her mid 40s, with red/ginger hair, a mole on her face, and she has blue eyes if I'm not mistaken.) started making small talk about the item being on clearance, but after I exclaimed how happy I was about the purchase, she then proceeds to say and I quote, "yeah I wasn't aware of the item being on discount! Also..., whoever did your hair...**SHAKES HER HEAD SIDE TO SIDE** it doesn't look good. It needs to be redone". I then just stop talking and then close my mouth. I let her know that she needs to "have a better day" and I left the store. After i make it back to my kiosk because I'm also working at the mall, I inform my manager and she states that the behavior of the sales associate was completely DISRESPECTFUL, and let me know to inform the manager that was working the floor about the incident. As someone who hardly shops and goes to H&M, I can confidently say that I will never go back to this location again, and I hope that H&M actually takes this seriously. *(I tried putting no stars but it wouldn't allow me)*
