Not some where I've never been in but since the monkey controversy I've now know what it is and that's the first thing I think about is what was the thought process upon release of this said item?
Found what I was looking for. No Shopper Stalkers thankfully. Employees look unhappy as always and expected, but overall okay experience!
Visited the one in Galleria a few weeks ago was shocked at their low prices. Not as large of a selection as department stores but I love for work clothes
Expensive and crowded, perfect place for teenage kid to shop. Kind of junky and some of the employees are rude.
I haven't been here personally, but I ordered two uniforms from here and the we're prompt and helpful.
By far my favorite place to shop, good styles of clothing at very inexpensive prices. Customer service is always on point.
Love this store always find good sales . Different from other clothing stores. Cashier was great and friendly
tammy the “supervisor” is rude and shouldn’t work here. we had a very disappointing experience in the fitting room at this location which makes me not want to shop here anymore. she refused to let me into the fitting room with my family while other people were allowed to go in together. i asked why she wouldn’t let me go in with my family and her response was “because it’s our policy.” she became increasingly rude and when i asked for her name she told me tammy and then also smugly said “i am the supervisor here so you can write that down too.” what sad and terrible customer service.
Great employees! I came here on june and bought some products, i didnt know i could collect points in my H&M account if my account was from Mexico, the staff (a young man) explained to me that i could. He even help me connect to the Store wifi and waited patiently until i logged in and gave him my code!
