Shopped here for any special occasion and won’t be back. I asked the owner directly and SPECIFICALLY if they did returns because a lot of boutiques don’t so I wanted to be sure that it was okay to purchase options in a hurry. Anyhow I come to return a pair of jeans that didn’t end up fitting/a lounge set only to be told that it was store credit only and it was miscommunication. It was my bad that I relied on her word instead of looking it up. Mind you this was my only return ever. I won’t be loyal to a store that uses misinformation to their advantage on a client spending money just about every visit. It’s a shame they wouldn’t work with me this one time to save a relationship but better to know now. In response ,as I stated, Per our initial conversation, I was led to believe that you did returns. I also stated I should’ve looked into it Rather than take your word and trust you. If I asked if you take returns, you said we do returns. You didn’t say we do returns for store credit which would have been an accurate response. I specifically remember the conversation Because I was surprised that you did returns to begin with. In the end, You were misleading and should just take responsibility for that instead of trying to say there was a sign on the counter
Hemline is my go-to to find an outfit for a special event! They also have so many cute options for every day, and the brand selection is the best in town! Letty and Jenny are always so helpful and so kind—I know I’ll always walk out with pieces that I absolutely love, many of which end up becoming favorites!!
This is my favorite store in the city! The girls and the owner are amazing!! They offer the best customer service in San Antonio and customize looks for you. Every time they get in new arrivals I receive a personalized text. This is the cutest boutique. They have the most unique clothes and jewelry, items you won’t find just anywhere. Stop by this cute shop, you will not be sorry!
I love this place! If you're ever in a pinch or just want to enjoy an amazing shopping experience this is the place!!! I love all the brands they have and amazing sizing, they keep you updated with super cute events and new items each season. It's my go to place to refer to any girlfriend!
Such an adorable shop, the feel is relaxed and cozy with a great selection of adorable outfits and brands. My daughter and I were both welcomed by the owner, Leticia, who made the whole experience so much fun and easy. Love this store!
The store is nicely laid out, the clothing is good quality, and the mannequins are styled nicely but when I came here I was hounded by employees every two seconds. Don't get me wrong, they are very nice and professional but it was to the point where I didn't want to look at everything to avoid getting asked more questions or offered a fitting room. Also, right after I left they texted me with my name multiple times which continued for a month or so, advertising their new clothes but I did not remember signing up for personalized text alerts when I shopped in person. It definitely deterred me from shopping here again.

I love them!! They have the most amazing clothing and accessory options!! Anytime I need an outfit for a special event, a fun vacation or a sexy little outfit for date night, they are the first place I go. They always have exactly what I am looking for, and even some fabulous finds I didn’t even know I needed 😂! The ladies are also so sweet and down to earth; I am always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation!!
