⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited the Union store and had an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were genuinely eager to help. Their warm smiles and positive attitudes made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. The store was impeccably clean, which I greatly appreciated. It’s evident that the team takes pride in maintaining a tidy environment for customers. A clean store not only enhances the shopping experience but also reflects the management's commitment to quality. Overall, I would highly recommend Union to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant shopping atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

I love this Goodwill store.. like today I just so happen to walk in when someone donated a ton of designer handbags and duffle bags and I got a few plus this cute phone case! The crafters always have a filed day with this store tons of little items and the clothes are decent as well!

This has got to be the worst run Goodwill in America, hands down. Let me break it down for you: 1. Coupons are a joke. Don’t bother saving your receipt with the nice little “$5 off your next purchase” printed at the bottom. They will not honor it. And not only will they refuse, they’ll argue with you like you don’t know how to read. 2. Lines for days. You won’t be waiting because it’s busy—you’ll be waiting because the clerk is too busy batting their eyelashes at the security guard to ring you up. 3. Prices from another planet. Nothing screams bargain like slapping a $1.99 sticker on an empty jelly jar… that you could buy full of actual jelly at Kroger for $3.99. Save yourself the time, the headache, and the secondhand embarrassment. This place is not it.

Donated five garbage bags full of clothes and some shoes, several items never worn, some with the price tag still attached. They said I couldn't get a receipt. Weird. I Wish I would have gone out of my way to find a homeless shelter like I originally planned on doing. The men who accepted my donation were nice.

Teller was extremely friendly even after having a tough customer before us.

Feel compelled to leave a review because my experience was not negative like some of the others with recent reviews. The prices were comparable to those at another Goodwill in the South I've been to before, at least for my items of interest (dresses and sneakers). The one cashier was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and knew there were shoes in the case that met my preference. I did not have any experience with the security guard, but considering there were teenagers posing with toy guns as if they real guns and taking photos of their poses, I understand why the store feels the need to have a guard present.

Went to the one on union and their prices are extremely high! Doris Tyler told me she would have to price a purse that was behind the counter then said $15. It was cute but this is goodwill. It really makes me not want to donate anything here knowing that she’ll be pricing it. She thinks it’s Macy’s but it’s goodwill. $30 on shoes with broken straps that should be thrown in the trash? Are y'all sure you’re not for profit? American Greed is all I see.

The Goodwill has gotten SO OVER PRICED until some of the prices are higher than the retail stores. And then the Employees are taught to beg for your change. When the Goodwill is not treating all these Employees fairly. Low wages, strict work guidelines working with NO HELP, and definitely not proper training. I was in line for 40+ mins at the Union Avenue Memphis, TN location where one young lady was providing the best service she could. With at least 13 people in line, another cashier had the nerves to come into her space and fuss at her because she was taking care of business. Fussing saying why didn't you call somebody, when in fact, she tried times before. There was so many other staff members throughout the store that could have aided in getting her some help, but they didn't. There can't be any real training because over 50% OF THE GARMENTS WAS DAMAGED BY STAFF PUNCHING HOLES INAPPROPRIATELY PLACING COLOR TAGS. The public needs to know the Goodwill does not respect the items donated, monetary gifts, customer time, and certainly not the staff being hired. If they did, they would utilize the many gifts given and not damage products. I want to see some changes before I can trust you to anymore of my donations and business. GOODWILL MAKE SOME EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT CHANGES FOR EVERYONE!!! TOO MUCH OF YOUR DONATIONS ARE FREE, AND YOU ARE NOT BEING GOOD STEWART'S OVER YOUR BLESSINGS.

EDIT: This place just got a lot worse if that was even possible. The security guard harassed me during my entire trip. I’ve been donating and purchasing from this Goodwill for the last 2 years. First, I have to say the cashiers are lovely and hardworking. The problem is the ridiculous pricing in this store. Most items are priced just as high or HIGHER than purchasing new, especially the shoes. Goodwill these are preowned DONATIONS!! Most of the tops and dresses I saw had holes from the price tags. I really doubt people will buy clothing full of holes. I ended up leaving 3 out of the 4 items I had because of holes caused by tags on sleeves.
