Hello this is my favorite goodwill to shop!! I also donate at this goodwill. Just recently went to donate some clothes,toys and other item. unfortunately is close due to system down.
Rude and miserable. This was the second time we have made a donation to this location, with a different employee working both times. Today all the emplyee did was complain, and was unable to provide good customer service. When donating items you should feel like the company is grateful, not that you are inconviencing them, by them having to do their job.
This is the store that me and my wife frequently use the most and it seems to be pretty well organized for the most part. They have reasonable prices for most of the stuff for sale but in the last 6 months not very much electronics or home furnishings avaiable also the cloths for sale are well organized by size and style as well as mens and womens are well separated . We do check back often so my opinion and rating may change periodically.
The manager at this store must be 13 & not understand loss prevention. There are always piles of clothes in the dressing rooms with the tags ripped off. I went in recently & there were 3 young employees standing around yacking, not putting up the clothes or going through the racks, making sure everything was in order. Just standing there while ppl were stealing clothes right in front of their faces! All you have to do is assign them to monitor the dressing rooms & clean them out on a consistent basis, so customers won't think they can steal! Good grief! It's not that hard!
So rude, I went to drop off over 600 worth of clothes, Shoes and books. I pull up the guy walks up to my car. I get out say hello. He says absolutely nothing! He has a scowl on his face. Not sure if he was just having a bad day or what but it was so uncalled for! I’ll be donating to another Goodwill from here on out. I couldn’t believe how rude I was treated. It’s very unprofessional. He didn’t offer the tax form to me or anything! Not one word! Then treated my donations like trash throwing them here and there. I just can’t believe it!
So expensive for being a thrift store with donated items
Best Goodwill I’ve been to by far every time I’m there donating those guys are hard at work and very well mannered. Also those cashiers are very friendly too I never have trouble shopping here
I've been to this Goodwill several times over the past five years and I honestly have to say that I am not impressed at all. Their staff is typically rude or indifferent. All of their items are wayyy over-priced. Some even priced higher than retail. I'm not sure what's going on over there but their toys are always picked over and some never even make it to the floor because they're "collectible".
I love Goodwill! I’ve shopped here my whole life. Tonight I had an issue. Employees harassing customers about wearing a mask when the lady at the register had hers down below her chin every time I saw her. Even when she was walking about the store and interacting with customers. Get it together Goodwill!
Game is over. Goodwill Industries stamped cards and offered discounts once the card was full. They chose to give a 3 month notice (from what I was explained) to allow people to turn in their cards for the final time. I spent the entire year filling that card up and now they will not honor it and give me the discount they promised. Goodwill Industries is beginning a new discount program soon. How am I to know that this game won't end and I won't receive a promised discount. This is wrong and immoral. They lied to me when they told me I would receive a discount for all the money I spent with Goodwill Industries. I don't enjoy playing games where I will lose money. I am not gambler. There are plenty of other great thrift stores to shop at. Most of them, I'm sure, want my business and want to keep it.
