Great store and staff except for the several "Professional Thrifters" that loiter in the store for several hours daily. They rush any new arrivals and I've heard staff at the store tell them of new product coming out. Makes it kind of uncomfortable to shop there.
It's my 1st time shopping here, the bigger taller selection is AWEEESOME, my son is near 6ft 8in, shoe size 15, finding him clothes is a struggle, but we were so shocked surprised amazed thrilled to see the variety of different items in his size, shirts jeans sweaters ter shirts long sleeve dressy casual everything.... We shall return to shop however the only thing we didn't like is the staff constantly keeping an eye us on we were weirdos or shop lifters, most definitely we were NOT!!!! And we spent over $100.00 here so note to staff, smile and say hello rather then stare at your new shoppers 😎🤗
First time here. The clothes are so packed that it's difficult to find any in your size. The non clothes aisles were in horrible disarray. The cashier was super nice though. I did find a few great finds though. The tags should not go on the front of the clocks. I cannot get it off. I can't get it off the microwave either. Maybe a more conspicuous place?
The cashier at this store in Saginaw Miss. Tawny is perfect. She’s always so helpful and smiling and fun to talk to. I love coming when she works.
This works great for me as I donate a lot of items. I pull around the back underneath the carport and a team member is always available to assist and unload my car or truck. Thank you!
I used to be a regular here around the winter season. I would thrift here with my girlfriend and there would often be a large young man with long hair working during the afternoons. He was really friendly and helped us often. I haven’t seen him since and I have recently been coming to donate things as well and the donation attendant was rude and seemed to have not a care in the world about anything. Please choose your employees wisely like before.
Yesterday I took some of my daughters old toys to donate and upon getting home I instantly regretted it. I called and Michelle told me to come on back and they would help me get them back. Two other gentleman helped us look and were very nice. We were only able to find one, but I gave her a description of what it was and she said she would look out. Sure enough she reached out saying they found them all! I was so thankful as I thought they were gone. Michelle went above and beyond to help me. I am so thankful!
We enjoyed all of the neato knick knacks today! Friendly staff took care of our discount quickly. Bonus points for having 25¢ fresh bubble gum in the machine on my way out. Truly. Thanks!
I've always come to this goodwill, it's been my favorite but the manager (im assuming thats what she is?) here is genuinely so incredibly rude and has the worst attitude, even when it comes to asking a simple question or telling me which dressing room to use, it's actually jarring omg. not to mention the store has become so cluttered and disorganized. me and another customer were literally giving each other looks over how surprised we were by the she was talking to me and other customers. genuinely almost lost it on her but i chose my peace ! i will say other than her, the other staff have always been kind to me and never given me any issues.
Goodwill today was clean and organized. It was quiet and pleasant to shop. Plenty of options to explore and treasures to find. I enjoy the hunt and this store did not disappoint. Everyday the inventory changes. It’s fun to catch a new item that just gets placed on the shelves or floor. I saw an upright dresser today that was in perfect shape for a steal! Worth looking and I have no doubt you’ll score a sweet deal too.
