My favorite goodwill, always clean and good cloths. Bathrooms are always open and working.
Goodwill gets all their inventory for free. Yes, they say they use the revenue to fund their mission but in their continuing effort to charge more and more for their mainly used merchandise, they are pricing out the very customers they say they are there to help. The prices are way too high for used clothing. And when you come across a new or more expensive brand of clothing it can be ridiculous. Case in point, attached is a picture of a new tank top from Target with the price tag of $5 still attached along with a GW price tag of $6.99. Who is going to pay $6.99 for a previously owned $5 tank top?
This has to be the dirtiest, most un-organized store there is in the Fort Worth Areva. Do you ever remove products from your shelves that have been there forever? Why place broken, chipped, cracked items on your shelf, why do you continue to pile stuff on top of stuff on top of stuff on your shelves?!?!? Your touting that you pay your staff well - why is your store so filthy? NO BUGGIES FOR CUSTOMERS TO USE TODAY BUT THESE BUGGIES ARE FULL FOR CUSTOMERS TO SEARCH THROUGH A district manager needs to visit this store - NO SEMBLANCE OF CLEAN NOR ORGANIZED- ACCIDENTS WAITING TO HAPPEN THE WAY ITEMS ARE THROWN ON SHELVES AND STACKED PRECARIOUSLY - BUT YOU PURGED ITEMS THIS MORNING....
Very large Goodwill. Great selection. The parking lot is a nightmare. I was blocked in by multiple people trying to drop stuff off for donation. And people just drive through here to cut through to the other side to Camp Bowie crazily. The staff was very helpful and there was plenty of staff!!
Stop by today to purchase some blankets for the homeless and some long sleeve shirt. I just wanna reach out and say Parker was so kind and helpful today while in the store not having a lot of knowledge about where things are located in the store. He was so helpful in pointing me in the right direction, but when I went to pay, he was also on the register. What a kind young gentleman. What a sweetheart he’s definitely a great representative of kindness and helping the community. Thank you Parker for making my Day.

The Customer Service was Phenomenal. & I found the Conair Hot Sticks Hair Curlers @$4.99 I went in looking for!!! I'm stoked. As well as an awesome overnight bag for only $5 such a deal.
$8 for these gorgeous brand new MK boots! Went in one day just out of boredom and found these in the shoe section. I was so happy, they were the only pair and they’re size 9, I’m 7 and a half but they run small so I snatched them up real quick, they fit great. They still have the original price stickers too. Will definitely be coming back to see if I find any other hidden gems!
Deborah was very helpful and had great customer service, I will be back to shop because of her! The store was very clean and organized.
