I love this Goodwill store. Every time we go in this store everyone is personable and friendly. We have very rarely encountered any that wasn't friendly and helpful. They almost always have a good selection of everything.
Friendly staff, clean location. You can always find a new treasure here.
Medicare insurance guy is there every Tuesday from 10am-2pm. He does Affordable Care Act health insurance as well. Go see him if you need anything.
Donating was awsum, great service by the donor center staff, even tho by herself, she helped unloading items. This store is huge. Great variety of items. Used to be Big Lots if this helps those who don't recognize the location.
They are very rude. Took some things in two loads worth. Did one load came back with the second one. One lady had to look at every single item. Pulled things out of boxes and left it laying on the ground would not pick it up. Yelled at me I couldn't bring in vcr tapes there was none. Said I brought in a purple yote full of them. I said I did not. Screamed your on video I asked to see it. She said f no. I said thought so your lying. I went in the store told the manager they looked at it and said it wasn't you. I said tell her that. She argued with them and got fired on the spot. They are ridiculous with the pricing.
Horrible...clerk insulted me by exaggerating how long it had been since they stopped accepting stamp cards..said it was a year sincethey honored the cards, I replied "you mean 3 months ago"? Then she put her surgical mask back on and checked me out ...and didn't wrap any of my breakables .... I had to remind hwr to put my items in sacks....wow.. Don't think i will go back.
Love a good deal when I find one. For the most part I love this store but some of the staff here are very rude, the other half are great so I can't rate it bad but they may need to send a few employees to a few customers service classes, just saying.
Goodwill deleted EVERYONES points. Due to some glitch that was giving a few people extra points they decided to delete every single persons !! I had 800, rightfully earned points and I am pretty upset. Not to mention , this store starts putting back the color tags that are on sale DURING business hours and right in front of you as you shop. I will not be returning to Goodwill because of the way they do business.
Updated 03/29/2022: Store has new layout with wider aisles, more organization, & a thorough cleaning. Staff here has always been helpful and new mgr is both personable & professional.
The staff at this store are so helpful, friendly, and efficient. I love everyone at the camp bowie store. The store is clean and organized. I go almost everyday.
