Amazing service from start to finish. Had a family emergency at the end of my trip, they accommodated by picking up my car from my hotel. Car was clean, full of gas, and def an eye catcher. Will def rent again.
Very wishy washy.. Tried calling 3 separate numbers, no answer, sent in an email, got and auto response to my cell phone and WhatsApp. When I responded, it took over 5 hrs for a text response. For some reason they claimed I needed my own insurance to drive and cover 'their' car? But was told they don't have insurance to cover me? So if something goes wrong with their car, and causes an accident, who's liable? What rental company doesn't insure their renters?? None of this information was listed at the time on their site. Also found price differences from their site and Turo. Horrible experience.
