Had an amazing stay! When we come to Columbus for work or visit hocking hills we always use GH. The properties are always clean and customer service is top notch.
My family and I loved the property. The experience was wonderful. The cleanliness was great. The wine was a nice touch. I would highly recommend booking with them for all your needs!!
I turned to Gibson and Hetherington Luxury Properties believing that they could help deliver what I was looking for. The property I stayed at exceeded my expectations as well as those of my guests. G&H assisted in quickly getting me booked with the right property and had great communication throughout the process. I appreciate that the home I stayed in was just that, a home. It had the little things like a coat rack, knives, pans, iron, and so much more that was nice to have. I would 100% recommend booking with G&H.

I booked this Airbnb through a sweet woman! She hired GH Hospitality to manage her listing. I had already paid for the room. They told her they would send me a link to book with them for the same date at the same price. The link they sent me was $350.00 more than what I already paid. I had to disturb the original sweet lady and send screenshots of everything! She was flabbergasted and contacted the owner Ryan himself. This poor lady🤦🏻♀️ A short while later it all gets worked out and we are good to go! We drove 7 hours to attend a concert! No confirmation code to check in and we were almost there. I had to request one and quickly received it! We go to the concert and arrive at my Airbnb at 1:30 am. Upon arrival everything was not looking well! I contacted GH Hospitality to let them know someone was parked in my spot so I would be taking spot next to me! I go to check in and the lights are on and there is no keypad entry! Contacted GH Hospitality again! While on the phone with them, 3 random ladies enter the Airbnb! Weird exchange of questions and realized it was double booked! There is no way to double book on Airbnb! PERIOD! This just tells me those ladies paid Ryan the extra $350.00! He thought nothing of me. It was a Bailey, Earnest, Hardy and Wallen concert. We drove for a couple of hours and stopped at every hotel and they were booked. Finally at 3:30 am we found a disgusting one! It was horrible! The musk smell was overwhelming ‼️ We checked out by 8 am! Asked GH Hospitality to refund me my hotel bill, which was more than my original reservation with the sweet lady, they simply said no! If you hired this company to manage your listings please be aware and just don’t! I would rent again from sweet lady but NEVER through any listings from GH Hospitality!
