GH Hospitality has probably the best/most efficient communication and ability to swiftly resolve issues that I've seen in a short term rental scenario. Our group, that if often in Columbus for work, has dealt with some truly nightmarish rentals in the city, and though no rental goes perfectly 100% of the time, we truly appreciate our stays with GHH so much. We have seen the dark side - and we never want to again! GHH tries to do the right things for the right reasons and it shows. :)

GH Hospitality to the rescue! We had a terrible experience with another Columbus group on a booking. We canceled our booking and it was late in the day and we were scrambling for a solution. My wife reached out to GH Hospitality and Ryan Gibson provided it for us. From beginning to end, we were provided exceptional service. The property was immaclate, supplied well, and the decor was perfect. Ryan and GH Hospitality saved our weekend and allowed us to focus our attention where it needed to be. I can't recommend GH Hospitality enough! I’ve personally worked with Ryan, the CEO, and his executive assistant Michalla who have done an outstanding job managing my investment properties. This company truly makes real estate investment a hands-off experience. I don't have to communicate with any tenants as they handle everything seamlessly. Their responsiveness is second to none, and their competition is not even in the same league as GH. GH Hospitality goes above and beyond by taking care of every detail. They handle the furnishing and photography for the listings, ensuring our properties look their best. Communication with tenants is managed impeccably, and they also take care of all the maintenance, cleaning, and booking processes. They even manage all the finances, providing a comprehensive service that covers every aspect of property management. Beyond just managing properties, GH Hospitality also owns properties and partners with investors. Ryan's business acumen is impressive, making him an invaluable asset. Ryan and Team at GH has helped us launch our first AirBNB and the experience has been great. From giving ideas of what to include, list of must haves in the property and guidance throughout the process has been nothing short of excellent. Their team and processes are top notch, and the management of the property for myself and our guests is unrivaled!
Stayed at one of their places in German town for a wedding. The house is absolutely beautiful, especially on the inside. There were so many additional “touches” that also did not go unnoticed, like a “welcome” bottle of wine and make up wipes in every bathroom. The location was great with a lot of food options nearby. I will definitely be renting from them again the next time I come back Columbus!
