This review of Corinne Dickman is long overdue as she was our agent for our luxury beach home last year. To put it simply, Corinne is an amazing agent and person. Her effort is second to none, and when problems arise (which they did), she has a calming, yet assertive way of solving them. I am an experienced real estate investor, and I had a long list of criteria/metrics to meet for my purchase. While most agents said they would find a perfect match to my buying criteria, none of them actually considered the criteria when proposing options. Enter Corinne into the picture - not only did she consider my “buy box”, but she took it a step further and asked how I evaluate properties to understand my criteria even more. She went over and beyond by using my spreadsheets and research tools to find the perfect home. I can guarantee you 99.99% of agents are unwilling to learn and go through the effort she did. She makes things happen. This speaks volumes of her dedication as an agent and a person. Not only has Corinne proven herself to do whatever it takes to find the perfect home for her clients, but she is also an expert at navigating through problems. Let’s face it, problems arise during the home buying process, and it can be stressful. Her aura and sense of calmness helped relieve our anxiety when things went sideways during the negotiation, appraisal, and closing. She has a way of bringing everyone together to successfully resolve problems and find alternative solutions if things don’t work out. While Corinne’s expertise in real estate has been the best I’ve seen in the dozens of homes I’ve purchased over the years, her personality is an even greater asset. She is such a fun, outgoing person, and you can’t help but want to be her best friend! She takes the stress away from the home buying process and makes you want to laugh instead of cry when the problems come out! I could write a novel about Corinne, but let me end this review by confirming she is top-tier agent that you will NOT regret represent you during a real estate transaction. I feel so fortunate to not only have the best property I could’ve dreamed of, but also someone I can call a new friend.
